Hanoi Full Day City Tour (B, L)

8:30 AM: Pick up to discover the 1,000-year-old capital.
8:45 AM: Visit Tran Quoc Pagoda, the oldest in Hanoi (6th century).
9:30 AM: Ho Chi Minh Complex. View the embalmed body of Uncle Ho, then visit his Stilt House and the One Pillar Pagoda.

TERMS OF SERVICE AND TRIP DETAILS

AGREEMENTS AND COMMITMENTS:

All costs INCLUDE GOVERNMENT TAX following Vietnamese national tax laws.
Standard SET MENU LUNCH/DINNER usually includes sharing foods of 1 starter, 3-4 main dishes, 1 dessert, steam rice, and all are Vietnamese food only in standard Vietnamese restaurants (hygienic, air conditioned, and professional service) Vegetarian foods and food restrictions will be pleasantly accommodated.
Set menu meals are shared among 4-6 people per one dish depending on group size
SIMPLE LUNCH/DINNER means each person has a bowl/plate of a local command food and a drink (beer/soft drink/juice/water)
Food requests to Fancy restaurants or Western food/Indian/food will be additionally changed subject to real costs.
The timing and order of visiting in the daily plan for private tours is just our suggestion, please feel free to change/adjust as long as it doesn’t cause extra costs.
For group tours, the timing and inclusions are fixed, guests are strictly required to follow.
Business hours of Vietnam are from 7,30 - 8,00 AM to 5,00 PM
Guides and drivers’ working time are until 6.00 PM. Any additional hour will be charged 20 USD (both for guide and car).
No additional charge for the days clearly stated with timing or late because of subjective issues.
Opening and closing times for most tourist attractions are 7,00 -7,30 AM and 5,00 PM
Tipping is customary in Vietnam and it’s suggested 20 USD for guide per day and 10 USD for driver per day (for the whole private group less than 10 pax) and this can be done directly from guests to guides.
Tipping for big groups (more than 10 pax) will be quoted 3USD/pax/day for both guides and drivers. This will be included in the trip total cost.
Tipping is a MUST in Cambodia (at least 5 USD/person/day)

TRIP INCLUSIONS CLARIFICATION:

Trip inclusions will surely be done as exactly as in each day’s INCLUSIONS LINE
Hotel rooms are defaulted for 2 persons ( 1 or 2 beds) or 3 persons (with extra bed), all rooms with random view windows (city / garden/sea/pool view)
Hotel check in/out time is 2,00 PM - 12.00 PM. Any early check in or late check out request will be subjective to availability and is charged by hotel regulations.
Halong bay cruise cabin is for 2 persons, check in at 12.00 PM and check out at 9,30 AM. No early check in or late checkout is allowed.
Entrance fees to all sites mentioned above
2 bottles of water per guest per day
Travel insurance valued at 2.000 USD (only for accidents and food poison caused by the food/drinks offered by our included meals)
Private English speaking tour guide for daily tours – not for airport pickup/dropoff/transfer
