• Introduction: Hanoi is the capital, established in 1010, serving as the center of Vietnamese history, politics, culture, and religion. You will explore its history, culture, and traditional crafts.

🗺️ Morning: Traditional Craft & History

• 8:00 AM: Our guide and car will take you (1 hour drive) to visit the beautiful Quang Phu Cau village where locals produce incense and conical hats.

• 10:00 AM: Get back to the Hanoi Old Quarters to explore the city’s history, culture, and lifestyle.

• 11:00 AM: Visit Tran Quoc Pagoda located on Golden Fish Island in West Lake (the oldest pagoda in Hanoi, built in the 6th century).

• 12:00 PM: Visit Ho Chi Minh Complex, the final resting place of Uncle Ho. You have a chance to see the embalmed body, then walk around the garden to see the two houses where he lived & worked (1954–1969).

  • Then, visit the One Pillar Pagoda.

  • Note: Dress modestly (covering shoulders to knees). The Mausoleum is closed on Mondays, Fridays, and for annual maintenance (approx. June 15th to August 15th).

📚 Afternoon: Culture & War History

• 1:00 PM: Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant.

• 2:00 PM – 2:15 PM: Continue to visit the Temple of Literature (Van Mieu Quoc Tu Giam) – the first university of Vietnam (founded in 1070).

• 3:15 PM: Keep going to visit Hoa Lo Prison (Maison Centrale), built by the French (1886–1901), now a war museum.

• 4:30 PM: Drive to the Hanoi Old Quarters, make some pleasant walks around the area to witness the daily life of the local people, and learn the history of Hoan Kiem Lake.

• 5:30 PM: Get back to the hotel. Dinner and evening time are on your own.

• Introduction: This HOA LU – TAM COC – MUA CAVE trip covers Ninh Binh, a 2.5-hour drive from Hanoi, historically the site of Vietnam’s first independent kingdom (Hoa Lu, 968).

🗺️ Ninh Binh Day Trip Itinerary

• 8:00 AM: Our guide and car will pick you up at your hotel in the Hanoi Old Quarter to drive to Ninh Binh.

• Activity: The trip starts in the Tam Coc area. Take a rowing Tam Coc Boat Tour from Tam Coc wharf, passing by 3 magical grottoes: Hang Cả, Hang Hai, and Hang Ba.

• Activity: Biking around Tam Coc village and the rice paddy fields for 45 minutes is a great opportunity to explore the peaceful life. (If seasonal, you will see golden rice fields).

• Lunch: Enjoy Vietnamese food for lunch at a local restaurant in Tam Coc.

• 2:00 PM: Visit Hoa Lu Ancient Capital, built in 968, which remained capital until the early 11th century.

• 3:30 PM: The last destination is Hang Mua cave, which can be compared to the mini “Great Wall of China.” You will walk 500 steps to reach the top for a splendid overview of Ninh Binh.

• 5:00 PM: Get back into the car, drive back to Hanoi (2.5 hours) with a toilet stop.

• 7:30 PM: Arrive Hanoi, get in your hotel. Dinner and evening time are on your own.

• 6:15 AM: Start your day with a Tai Chi class on the sundeck.

• Introduction: Ba Na Hills is a MUST-DO attraction known for its heights, cool weather, architecture, and entertainment.

⛰️ Ba Na Hills Timeline

• 8:00 AM: Our private car and guide pick you up at your hotel lobby, driving to Ba Na Mountain.

• 9:00 AM: Arrive at Ba Na Mountain, walk 800 meters to reach the cable car entrance.

• 9:20 AM: Enjoy the 20-minute cable car ride to the first spot, the GOLDEN BRIDGE.

• 10:30 AM: Take the 2nd Cable Car to visit the French Village (Street Music, statues, Campanile, Carnival Show, etc.). Challenge the popular adventure ride – the Slide of Tube Car (free ride).

• 12:00 PM: Enjoy a nice buffet lunch.

• 1:00 PM: Take the Lava Train to new attractions (Helios waterfall, Time Gate, The Moon Kingdom). Afterwards, join Fantasy Park (Dinosaur Park, 5D/4D/3D rides, Freefall Tower, Horror House, and over 90 free games). (Optional: Enjoy a fantastic roller coaster ride on your own account).

• 3:30 PM: Return to the Cable Car to descend the hill.

• 4:00 PM: Get in our private car and drive about 45 minutes back to the hotel.

• 7:00 PM: Our bus and guide will take you to dinner and back to the hotel.

• 10:30 AM: Visit Marble Mountain (Water mountain). Take the elevator to the Linh Ung pagoda and explore the hidden caves.

🛶 Afternoon/Evening: Hoi An Culture & Lanterns

• 1:30 PM: Drive to Hoi An ancient town (40 minutes).

• 2:30 PM: Visit Tra Que vegetable farm. Dress as a farmer to experience planting and harvesting vegetables.

• 3:30 PM: Visit Coconut Jungle to join the MUST-DO round bamboo boat trip.

• 4:30 PM: Walk inside the old quarters of Hoi An ancient town (UNESCO Cultural Heritage). Visit Chinese temples, ancient houses, and the symbolic Japanese Bridge.

• 6:00 PM: As the sun sets, Hoi An will be lit with lanterns. Stroll around. (Optional: Take a 20-minute small boat trip with lantern releasing on Thu Bon River at your own account).
